Our scope of services in medical law comprises the whole field of medical and health care law. We support doctors, dentists and hospitals but also companies, associations and authorities in these complex and dynamically developing fields of law. Our legal advice services range from registration and setting up or handing over a surgery via the advertising law of physicians, the law on medical products and the law on chief physicians to various forms of co-operation, especially the foundation of health care centres.
